In this episode I talk about the hormonal changes postpartum that can lead to anxiety, depression and sadness and what to look out for, when to get help and simple suggestions for nutrition, exercise and supplements that can help. I also cover a lesser talked about mood issue for breastfeeding moms known as Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex. I also talk about how to be a good support person for a new mom beyond offering to hold the baby - but who doesn't want to hold a new baby?!
