Ms. Muller earned her Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The Hartt School, University of Hartford, where she wrote her doctoral theme on the Scottish-American pianist, composer, and teacher Helen Hopekirk (1856-1945). Her research led to a BBC interview and performances of Hopekirk’s music in Scotland. At the age of 56 she went back to school to recieve her J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. She and her husband Gary have recorded and concertized extensively as duo-pianists.
