When we talk about making cider at home, we usually think of walking through an apple orchard, gently hand-selecting each apple and placing it softly into a wicker basket. That is definitely one way to do it. Or, you can go to the store and buy juice, dump yeast in it, and there you go. Does that actually make good cider?
