Splitting the wine and beer worlds up was probably not the marketing plan craft beer should have gone with. So many flavors and descriptors cross those fermented boundaries that the two beverages are more alike than not. Sort of. On today's show, we bring on Jake from Bedrock Wine Co., a small winery in the heart of California's wine country. Jake manages the vineyards out there, and has a very solid knowledge on how grapes shape the final product, and how we can perhaps bring some of that vocabulary over to beer. Plus, he's very handsome.
