Then we get into the two beers - a mixed sour fermentation from Ricky, which was his first attempt at this style and for a n00b, he did a good job! Phillip is our next guest, and he sent in a Doppelbock, which was also his first attempt at such a beer. Pretty cool when that stuff happens!
