Lately, I’ve been noticing how easy it is to get stuck in fear, focusing on what’s going wrong or what we don’t want.

It happened recently when something scary happened with my son at school, and again while planning our upcoming event. But instead of spiralling, I tried something different… a simple shift that completely changed how I felt and what I did next.
