Welcome to the 317th episode of the Ecomcrew Podcast! We've got an exciting podcast lined up for you today. Almost a year ago today, we released our famous Ecomcrew Roadshow, a new segment where we help ecommerce entrepreneurs come up with a plan to take their businesses to the next level. We visit and spend a few days with them at their office, go over everything and come up with a plan to grow your business.
If you're an Ecomcrew podcast veteran, you'll know that our first lucky participant to the Ecomcrew Roadshow is my dear friend and buddy, Lance Robinson from Wallcharmers. I spent a few days with him and actually filmed a Roadshow with him, but that didn't get released because we were still at the testing phases of everything. At the end of the Roadshow, we gave him a list of things to work on that I knew would grow his business at an exponential rate.
It's been a year since I went up to meet him, and now Lance is back on the podcast to talk about how the changes that he made really impacted the business.
