Felix & Isa sind bei SAP für die Weiterbildung für rund 35.000 Mitarbeiter im Bereich Software-Entwicklung zuständig. Im Podcast stellen sie vor, was dazu an Themen und Ansätzen gehört. 2018 wurde von ihnen das Future Learning Lab ins Leben gerufen, ein Programm & Initiative um Innovationen zu fördern sowie neue Lernansätze voranzubringen. Thomas and Christoph switch to English again and talk with John about his ideas and concepts such as ecosystems, power of pull, scalable learning and in general about today's challenges for finding new paradigms for collaboration and learning. Im Podcast mit Torsten Zube, der weltweit die SAP Innovation Center verantwortet, diskutiert Thomas über Innovation an sich, wie dies bei SAP strukturiert ist und welche Themen aktuell auf der Agenda stehen. Das sind neben neuen technischen Ansätzen auch komplette Geschäftsprozesse als End-to-End Service. Besonders wird die Wichtigkeit des Aufgebens von Projekten als Teil einer Fehlerkultur besprochen. Torsten lernt übrigens selbst auch durch Podcasts - eher thematisch – und ruft auch zur Vernetzung und zum ausprobieren auf. He describes frameworks & tools for user enablement – as well as some concrete projects where customers had a holistic approach to IT user enablement. We also discuss the role of transformation and change management in such projects, which is not that new than some newer EdTech trends – but always an important success factor. At the end Moritz also shares his own development like a recent social sabbatical as well as a parallel on how his nephew learns computer games.
