Our November monthly Reiki gathering - we discuss the process of gathering beliefs or philosophies to maintain a sense of order or control - but as we drop in, we see life itself has its own momentum and flow and if we can surrender into it, we feel a sense of wholeness and peace.

This is taken from a group meditation we did in October 2020. It is a lovely guided visualisation which evokes the energy of healing, releasing old baggage, and renewal and collection of new resources for the ongoing journey. Especially powerful for releasing difficult or 'sticky' relationships.

Becoming aware of the narrative running your life is a critical step in being able to see your true nature. We often overlook the veil of thoughts separating us from life.
