  • Growing a thriving business in a very specific niche with Dr. Danielle Eaton
Dr. Danielle Eaton is a chiropractor, online business owner, wife and homeschooling mom of 3 girls. She founded her online education company Aligned Women in 2015 because of her own struggles with balancing life and practice as a working mom. Since then, the Aligned Women group coaching membership has grown to be the premiere life and business support option for women in chiropractic. In 2019, Danielle created Aligned Marketing—an online course for hands-on practitioners who are ready to conquer the fear of putting themselves out there.

    TAKEAWAYS:

One of the things Danielle teachers her students is counter-intuitive to how they’ve been taught to market their business. And that is the power of niching down. When you speak to everyone, you speak to no one.

A big turning point for Danielle was she was newly pregnant with her third child, after miscarrying her second. She knew that she wanted to truly take care of herself and her little one who was growing inside of her. She sold her practice in 6 weeks and finally granted herself permission to slow down.

Danielle’s business started with her podcast. And while she felt at the time that it didn’t start through expertise, it was through the podcast that she gained her expertise.

  • The ins and outs of a launch-debrief
In today’s 6-Figure Mompreneur Podcast with Allison Hardy episode we’re diving deep into launch de-briefs.

This wasn’t something I’ve always done, but it’s something I committed to doing this year and it’s been extremely beneficial seeing the stats, numbers, collateral, data, and day-to-day activities that went into a launch.

In today’s episode I talk about why launch de-briefs are so important and tell you exactly what you need to be paying attention to and recording. Get out your notebook and get ready to take notes!

While this isn’t the sexiest topic, it’s making things like launch de-brief a part of your normal launch activities that will help you to create more momentum and help you to create your own signature process for launching.

If you have a plan to launch a program, course, or service at any more in 2020, this podcast episode is for you!

In today’s episode we’re diving into what to look at when your business just isn’t performing in the way you think it should be.

What’s happening?! Why isn’t anyone jumping into our program?

  • Developing unshakable confidence as a female entrepreneur with Yolanda King
Yolanda King is the host of the Confident Christian Female Entrepreneur Podcast focused on helping Christian women gain the confidence skills and mindset to embrace the call to business and leadership. She teaches women how to overcome their money stories and fears to become the confident CEO God called her to be. Each week she chats all things marketing strategies, innovative leadership, and growth mindset tactics.

She believes that it is possible to operate and grow a profitable business that honors God and family. Yolanda has a background in social work where she has helped dozens of women overcome life obstacles and beat the odds to accomplish their life goals and achieve success.

Through the hardship of balancing a stressful career and almost going bankrupt she continued to pursue her business dreams that lead her to acquire a strong mindset and generate her first 6 figure year. Now she teaches other women how to beat the odds and achieve financial confidence while following their calling.

    TAKEAWAYS:

Yolanda’s superpower is being able to give people hope. Through her experience as a social worker she learned very quickly that people need someone to believe in them. Now in her coaching business, she is able to take that asset and lift her clients up when they are feeling discouraged, frustrated, or down.

“People don’t remember what you said, they remember how you made them feel.”

Yolanda has a 4-pillar structure for creating confidence and success in your business. There are two internal pillars: (1) faith and (2) mindset. And two external pillars: (3) health and (4) environment.

Yolanda’s best tip for developing an unshakable sense of confidence is peeling back the layers of what has held her clients back in the past. Being willing to re-frame the past stories and experiences into moments and experiences that actually move her clients forward, creates a sense of confidence that spills over and impacts every aspect of their businesses and personal lives. This is the work of transformation and true impact.

  • Creating consistency amidst chaos
Consistency is probably one of the biggest questions I get.

Especially when life seems chaotic. Let’s be real here, you’re probably working your business very differently now that the kiddos and maybe the spouse are home, life and business just look different. And so consistency might have been thrown out the door because well, life got turned on it’s head.

So when life gets chaotic, how do we still show up consistently?

And the reason why consistency is something that I get questions about a lot is because we all know that showing up consistently by posting, selling, and engaging, is really important in the online space. It allows our audience to connect with us and stay top of mind. So that when they are finally ready to solve the pain point that we solve through our businesses, we are the first solution that comes to mind.

We can all get behind the “why” when it comes to being consistent.

For more of us it’s the “how”.

How can we be consistent in our businesses?

In today’s 6-Figure Mompreneur Podcast I share why you might not be consistent in your business and offer up some tips and ideas to help you consistently post, share, and sell in the online space, even when life is complicated, chaotic, and/or uncertain.
