Episode 145- Wintertime is a tough time to get motivated and energized to attack your goals. School is canceled because of snow days, the kids get sick, and it's freaking cold! It's harder to stay excited about your health and fitness goals. It's not always easy to make progress, but we have to get out of our comfort zone to do it. In the harder times, we have to embrace the suck and do it anyway.
