This week we talk all about tapping into your inner introvert. For those of you that are pretty extroverted like me this can be challenging but so necessary. And for those of you that are naturally introverted you're probably thinking duh! alone time to recharge is the best lol ! I was inspired to talk all about this after I got a couple dms that it would be a good idea to talk about me personally becoming a bit more introverted throughout my 20's.
