Emotional eating is very common and it takes a lot of work and likely professional therapy to understand your behaviors and choices and learn new ones. In this episode #84 I share some tips for mindful eating and how it’s helped me heal my ill food relationship (emotional eating).
Mindful eating is the preparation necessary for a positive outcome with a more calculated plan if you have a history of emotional eating or other disordered eating. I talk about the difference between mindful eating, calculated eating, and intuitive eating and when you might incorporate them.
Also, in this episode I share a timeline to health or physique change could that look like. What could you notice in the first week, four weeks, eight weeks, and twelve weeks if you consistently adhered to a plan? The time will pass anyway, might as well put some effort towards your health or physique goals if you have spent time eating mindfully or already know how.
