This episode was really hard for me because I'm talking about some ugly topics. I'm talking about toxic home environments and I don't mean chemicals and toxins, I mean toxic relationships and emotionally toxic homes. Right now, in the middle of a pandemic with quarantines, there's a huge increase in domestic violence and addiction. Not to mention, for many people, negative and toxic home environments are the norm. I'm not an expert in domestic violence or addiction but I believe this is a subject that deserves a conversation and I do have personal experience with toxic living situations.
