Filly is joined with the trail-blazing Jen Dugard, a fitness professional passionate about serving mums and exercise trainers. I came across Jen back in 2021 - she was one of our coaches in a business program we were doing back then. Filly is joined with Judith Richards, creator of the revolutionary trauma therapy, The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP). I first witnessed the power of TRTP when I had a new client do TRTP with another practitioner while she waited for lab results to come back. A few weeks later ALL her symptoms had disappeared - anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, and she was off her ADHD medication.
