This week's energy update comes from Lord Sananda, whom many have identified as an "ascended master" and the oversoul of Jesus Christ. I felt this collective to be a higher density, very benevolent being. The message they offered incorporated three main points: becoming conscious of our connection with our higher density oversoul or monad, recognizing our ability to create our experience here on Earth, and stepping into the truth that our physical ascension "symptoms" are determined by us and the experience we have chosen to have. A lot of empowering energy came through and I hope you enjoy it!
