Neil grew up on the Dudley Bros. Ranch in Comanche. He was involved working on the ranch and developed a love for calf roping.

While trying to make a living as a rodeo cowboy he fell into a job at Pedersons Farms where he learned sales and marketing. He has rose through the ranks at the company through always learning.

On his search for knowledge he started a podcast called The Cowboy Perspective where he always interesting conversations with interesting guests. Y’all check out it out.
