Harrison and Sterling Kothmann grew up around ranching, construction, and heavy equipment.

This upbringing gave them the knowledge to build a successful equipment dealership and rental company, even though that wasn’t their plan.

They both took a little different paths in life and they both ended up getting the skills they needed to complement each other well in business.

While Sterling learned a lot of skills at business school Harrison got a lot of real world experience in the construction industry and ended up starting the business.

They’ve both used their skills to grow and expand the business through the years.

Like a lot of business owners they learned a lot through trial and error and asking a lot of questions.
