He owns and manages more than 130 units, leads 26 active construction projects, and is developing two build-to-rent communities that will add over 160 new units. Transitioning from distressed rehabs to large-scale developments, Chase has built a reputation for creating long-term value, revitalizing neighborhoods, and guiding others in their real estate journey.
