One thing I work through with my clients is the fear of the unknown. They are afraid of taking the next step so they never do. My clients come to me because they are stuck and they don’t know how to get unstuck. 

 

There is a very simple solution that I work on with them in the Courage Driven Latina program. I tell them, “It’s ok! Do it scared.” And we work on taking courageous action.
