Ten years ago, my dad facilitated a past-life regression with my best friend. I remember rolling my eyes so hard I almost saw my own past lives. At the time, it felt out there...too out there. But after my own brush with the beyond, something cracked open. Curiosity rushed in, and I began to see my dad’s work through a new lens.

In this episode, I talk with Dr. Andy Scarpati, my dad and a longtime hypnotherapist, about how our early experiences shape the subconscious, and how hypnotherapy can help us untangle the patterns we’ve absorbed over time.
