She has 8 years of experience working in tech - from hiring superstar intern talent to supporting performance management, she's explored various corners of the tech world. In this week’s episode, we’re working on unbinding our career from our identity. We already hold so much value just by being ourselves that we don’t need our job to give us value. As a Latina, that’s a mindset we often have to learn on our own. We don’t need to look to others to give us validation. We already have it.
