My year so far has been filled with a ton of lessons and a lot of growth. My business and my life have been filled with so many ups and downs that I wanted to take a moment this week to reflect. I know that this is a part of life, ups and downs happen. But what you do when these ups and downs happen is what’s important. 

So what do you do when you don’t know what to do? 

 

In this week’s episode, I’m going to share the habit I practice when I don’t know what to do. Meditation has provided me with many solutions, and I just have to share my experience with you. Hopefully, sharing my story can inspire you to meditate when you don’t know what to do, too.
