Dan is a real estate investor mainly focusing on infill development and land severances. His background in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning give him a strong foundation and many relevant skills to take on these types of projects. Dan has severed over a dozen properties, flipped land, built new multi-family buildings from the ground up and regularly helps other investors get their infill projects approved as well. Dan also owns and operates, Water Bill Solutions a company that provides water submetering systems to multi-family investors helping increase the NOI on their properties.
