Episode 150 - Health Heroes! In January of 2011, I visited the Hippocrates Wellness Center in West Palm Beach Florida for the first time to support my friend Charles when he was diagnosed with cancer. As most of you know, not only did Charles heal but I also healed myself of many of my health issues and dropped 42 pounds in 60 days while skyrocketing my energy and Vitality. I returned to Hippocrates in 2013 to do the program myself and focus on me… something I had never done before. Most of my life I was always putting other people's needs in front of mine so this was a very different concept where I learned to put myself first. The time spent there was amazing and I made amazing friends in the process. Now it's January 2023 and I am back once again! The amount of synchronicity that I am experiencing here is palatable. I feel like this trip is bringing twelve years of education, practical experience in the trenches, and a new way of thinking full circle. I feel very honored and blessed to share with you my experience and I hope it inspires you to follow your highest excitement in life and demonstrate to the universe just how much love you have for yourself.
