Eric Coulombe, born and raised in the Greater Sudbury Area, began his real estate investment journey in 2018 at the age of 20 while working full-time. He focused on building a rental portfolio of small multi-family properties. In 2023, Eric left his blue-collar job to fully dedicate himself to his property management business, wholesaling, and expanding his real estate portfolio. Additionally, Eric is the co-host of the Sudbury Real Estate Investor Meet-Up.
