After discussing Becca’s short lived residency with dating apps, they answer some letters from patients, and we finally get the story of how Becca and Tanya met. Then, Becca and Tanya are joined in the exam room by Katie Maloney, from Vanderpump Rules on Bravo. She gets a second opinion from the doctors on all the craziness going on in her life, both on and off camera.
