Deprogramming what we know about birth is one of the most important parts of preparing for birth. We need to understand on a deep level what birth is. What we have been programmed to believe is birth is really abuse on a large and accepted scale. No wonder women are terrified to go through the process of having a baby. All our culture sees birth as a means to an end. What if we could deconstruct those ideas and replace them with Biblical truth. What decisions would we make? What feelings would we have? What impact would it have on our family, our community, our world?
