My guest today is Sara she is a wife, mother, certified Integrative Health Practitioner & the founder of the Rooted + Restored wellness practice. When her first pregnancy ended in a full term stillbirth and she was consistently let down by conventional healthcare, she pursued a career in healthcare administration hoping to find a way to create change — but as time passed, there we only more questions, fewer answers, and so much frustration. After seeking alternative approaches and realizing how far we have come from our physiological design, she knew when she got unexpectedly pregnant that it would be a different birth story, a redemptive and empowered one.
