While I always aim to have this podcast be inspiring and uplifting, not every moment of our life always feels that way. In fact, we have been told that there is opposition in all things.

I have found that the more I strive to make positive changes in my own life or the lives of others, I am always met with opposition and resistance. In today's episode I am going to share my favorite tools to use to help you conquer resistance, so you can move forward and do your great work.
