Soshy Adelstein is a wellness coach who helps women let go of harmful beliefs around dieting, eating, exercise, and weight. On this episode, we learn about her story growing up in the Orthodox Jewish community, leaving home at 17, and fending for herself in New York City. This talk is for anyone who is navigating guilt, shame, and self-depreciation or who finds themselves "self-sabotaging" or caught up around food and their body. Soshy offers a framework for looking at unpacking our relationship with dieting, food, and body image through the lens of healing trauma. As always we hold nothing back, speaking to our rock bottoms, and sharing our process right as we're in it.
