Hannah has a background in Law and Commerce, with 4 years experience in the corporate world but in 2016 her interest in holistic wellness inspired her to leave her corporate role and pursue Psychology studies. Hannah works with people to help empower them through self-awareness and provides tools to live a life in alignment with their authentic self. We speak to Hannah about spirituality, our inner child, mindfulness practices and how we can bring more self love into our own lives.
