Lauren Bocka is a registered nurse, registered yoga teacher, and lover of all things spiritual. With a strong foundation in medical practice and spiritual study, she strives to integrate the practical with the mystical. The sacred with the  mundane.

After working in the medical field for 6 years, she left her nursing job to continue a lifelong passion of spiritual exploration and all things esoteric. She currently hosts women’s moon circles and teaches yoga, encouraging everyone to get a little bit closer to their most authentic selves. Lauren is inspired by the ways that we can align our external environment with our internal environment in order to create the lives we want to live.
