Sometimes it can feel challenging to be proud of our faith in our day-to-day work lives, and at times it can even feel isolating when we feel like we’re in the minority. It’s refreshing to remember that we don’t need validation from people who disagree with our worldview, and we can honour our values by turning up to work and taking pride and care in what we do. When we think about our career journeys, some of us can look back with cynicism and reflect on times when we felt like we were taken advantage of. This can put a strain on the way we see our industries, but there is still a glimmer of hope with the wisdom we gain and share.
