From family gatherings to college nights, alcohol was present in various stages of my life. In this vulnerable episode, I open up and discuss the impact alcohol had on my life as a wife, mother, and physician, and how I thought alcohol made me more fun, and how this eventually spiraled into feeling ashamed of my actions and words.
When I wrote my break-up letter to alcohol, I found the miracle of coaching. I share my journey to becoming my favorite version of myself, shedding sixty pounds, and ultimately realizing that drinking was no longer serving me, and how this ultimately helped me to find my favorite version of me.
