About my Guest:

Danica Apolline-Matic (pronounced De-nit-sa) is a dedicated homeopath, founder of The Golden Spiral International School of Homeopathy, and a Family Constellations Facilitator, as well as the creator of Blueprint Essences®. As a thought leader, writer, speaker, and visionary, she explores themes of health, medicine, food, happiness, ethical business, and our beautiful planet. With a background in pharmacy and psychology, Danica transitioned from aspiring pharmacist to mental health specialist, strengths coach, and positive psychology trainer. Her passion for natural approaches to health and well-being drives her work, which extends beyond homeopathy and family constellations to encompass holistic living. Danica believes in the potential for individuals, communities, and businesses to thrive in ways that foster health, happiness, and a sustainable future for humanity and the planet.

Reeta Pohjonen is a classical homeopath who graduated in 2000 from the Institute of Homeopathic Medicine in Cairo. She completed The Dynamis School of Advanced Homeopathy in Copenhagen from 2007 to 2010 and later organized it in Helsinki with Camilla Sherrin's guidance from 2012 to 2016. Reeta has further enhanced her expertise through training with notable figures like Ton Jansen, Alize Timmerman, Jeremy Sherrin, and Divya Chhabra. As the principal and main teacher at HSH, she combines her passion for homeopathy with her interests in shamanism, conducting remedy experiments both in school and independently. A mother of four adult children, Reeta is also a trainer, mentor, astrologer, 3P facilitator, vital shiatsu therapist, and mama yoga instructor. She offers homeopathic home pharmacy courses, now available as webinars, and has recently launched the HomeoMamas group and course to support mothers in their healing journeys.

Janey Lavelle is the heart-centered Mama behind Sage & Seer, dedicated to supporting women through their most challenging moments for the past 15 years. She has empowered hundreds to heal from womb trauma, hormonal issues, depression, anxiety, and, more recently, infertility and miscarriage. Through her work, Janey has come to understand the complex nuances of women's health and fertility, recognizing that many situations come with shades of grey and that answers are not always clear, a reality that can feel unsettling. Her compassionate approach fosters a safe space for women to navigate their struggles and find their paths to healing and transformation.

Sarah Valentini is the Director at The Family Apothecary and a qualified classical homeopath and intuitive healer with 15 years of experience in private practice. Specializing in the health of children and women, she focuses on developmental and behavioral disorders such as Autism, PANDAS, PANS, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation, integrating intuitive homeopathy and nutritional support to manage these conditions. After studying under Dr. Angelica Lemke in the US, Sarah partnered with her to mentor other practitioners through Homeopathy Hive and is involved in launching the School of Intuitive Homeopathy, aimed at educating both parents and healthcare professionals. Additionally, she addresses women's hormonal health issues, including thyroid disorders, PCOS, and menopause, drawing from her experience and passion for supporting mothers of complex cases. Known for her comprehensive approach, Sarah meticulously examines medical histories, health statuses, and various contributing factors to illness, combining her expertise in whole body healing with a heart-centered methodology to uncover the core issues affecting her clients.
