I spent years restricting calories, over-exercising, and being absolutely frustrated. Next thing I know I’m facing more body fat, burnout, and an even worse relationship with food. In this episode I'm going to share some dieting red flags to avoid and what to look for instead when choosing a fitness program, diet, coach, trainer or nutrition plan. The good news is…when you eat and train the right way for your body, getting lean and toned is not nearly as time consuming, overwhelming, or restrictive as most people think.
