Is it hunger pangs? or hunger pains? Either way - I'm going to share some tips on how to make your next cut (i.e. calorie deficit or "dieting phase") more successful. You can't be cutting or dieting all the time. You will end up physically and mentally burned out with little to show for it. Instead, we should be focusing on building muscle and a healthy metabolism 90% of the time and "dieting"/cutting 10% of the time (if you need or want to cut). With that being said, let’s discuss a few tips to ensure that your next cut is a success!
