This week we speak to the incredible Megan Woff. Megan is an engineer, the female founder of a creative company called Bellish and is now the head of accelerator programme at Startmate. (For those who don’t know Startmate and missed episode 36 - Start mate is Australasia’s biggest Accelerator programme for Start Ups.) Megan speaks to us about her vast experience as a female in a male dominated space, both in the engineering world and the start up world. We break down the importance of building confidence and self belief in ourselves as women and Megan gives us tips on how to do this.
