We had a great weekend. We hope you did too! We roadtripped a little to Trader Joe's & Target to do some shopping and to scope out vegan products. We went to Cheesecake Factory to have lunch, and we'll tell you what we found to eat on their menu!

We continue our Vegan Cookbook Challenge with a cool summertime grilling recipe from the book, Totally Vegetarian by Toni Fiore. This is a great book with mostly vegan recipes, and the vegetarian recipes tell you how to veganize them!

We spotlight one of our favorite vegan organizations, Food Empowerment Project, and tell you how you can join them in helping farmworkers and their families.
