This episode we are honoured to interview the legend Izzi Batt-Doyle. Izzi is one of Australia's leading female runners, representing Australia at the Tokyo Olympics. Izzi also ran at the recent Commonwealth Games, placing an incredible 8th in both the 5000m and 10000m. Izzi is not only an extremely talented athlete, but she also coaches and heads up an incredible run community in her hometown, Adelaide, called Run As One. And recently opened The Run House cafe. We chat to Izzi about her running career so far and how Izzi is able to continually able to give back to others in the community.
