This month has been undeniably transformational. Living Brave is reaching new heights, I had the privilege of leading a retreat in Colombia, the Heart of the World, with so many amazing women and helped lead them to self-discovery and quantum growth. And most recently, I had the opportunity to compound all of this juiciness on an Ayahuasca journey with my partner. 

What I experienced is hard to put into words, but in this vulnerable episode, I share it all. Starting with my first Ayahuasca experience in the very place I hosted this month’s retreat, up until now, when I felt called to revisit the experience in southern Colorado again. I grant you my first-hand experience of wanting to purge, trying, and failing multiple times before finally learning to surrender myself to the medicine. 

I share the key lessons from my experience, the bodily discomfort I had to overcome to learn to hold pain and grow from the discomfort, and how I uncovered feelings of past shame that pushed me further toward self-love.
