She left her job in corporate to follow her passion for helping busy professionals go from overwhelmed to empowered so they too can own their dance.

She is a Mami of two amazing girls and spends her time doing what matters to her. She loves to travel, seek new adventures, eat great food, and have deep conversations. You can find her dancing in the most random places, hiking, and constantly reminding her community to leave their comfort zone since she loves seeing others reach their full potential.
