We continue our Vegan Cookbook Challenge with a recipe from Easy Plant Based Cooking for Two by Lei Shishak. This is a fantastic book, especially if you cook for two often. There are so many delicious recipes for you to try!

We highly recommend this cookbook, and look forward to making more recipes from it!
