Heather Whitley is a busy home birth midwife in Salt Lake City, UT. She has been practicing for 12 years while raising her family. She educated her children at home for 15 years and was an adjunct instructor at two midwifery colleges. Most of them are off to or out of college. She channeled her spare time, vast clinical experience and love of teaching into creating the Midwife Companion online course. Designed for pregnant women in OB care, who seek more dialog on pregnancy testing and options than they are getting in ten minute face times with their OBs, from the combined clinical and holistic viewpoint of a successful midwife. The intent of this course is to get women thinking freely and independently about their pregnancy and birth.
