Michelle Boolton is National Architecture & Design Manager at Gunlocke where she is a dedicated leader and lifelong student of design. Mike Petrusky asks Michelle about her "passion and purpose" to understand the workplace by conducting research, developing insights, and contributing to the ongoing conversation about space and why it matters. Michelle emphasizes the primary importance of human beings when designing spaces and she shares some of what she has learned about the psychology of people, workplace culture, and supporting privacy while accentuating focused work.
