This week Kevin and Andrew record live from the 2020 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas! They discuss their favorite moments from the show, including a new break-out star in our industry. Jackie wonders if the “limited collection” tactic used in online retail could be applicable to new home sales. We discuss the pros and cons of VIP logins on home builder websites.

Andrew hires a strength training coach and realizes the value of small, incremental changes from the perspective of experience can make exponential changes in your daily work. (This applies to marketing, too.)

Kevin is working with a partner on a large, expensive condo project ($1.5-$4.5M). Surprisingly, the whole team agreed that the strategy needed to shift away from more ads and toward a more innovative approach to content. Sometimes a 180 degree change in perspective is needed.
