From the Royal Navy to Northern Power Woman, we speak with Simone Roche MBE - Hon Lieutenant Commander - Royal Navy, Advocate for Gender Equality and CEO and Founder of Northern Power Women which is a campaign to accelerate gender equality in the North of England. Simone talks us through her early years as a child, taking us on a journey that saw her start her working career in The Royal Navy. Fast forward to present, she talks us through how she became an advocate for gender equality, where she now sails the ship at Northern Power Women.
