Episode 101 is here and much like the 100 before it, we're back to chat some more nonsense about all things running.

Aaron is back up towards 90 miles of running this week. Much like every other week that means a session at the cricket pitch and a session on the tready.

Josh continues his build back towards his first race back. Much like every other week that means absolutely smashing a session and calling it "threshold" pace.

Shane gets some more base miles done in his build for Malaga marathon. Much like every other week that means running a bit hungover and getting to 90 mins of a long run and realising he doesn't have the mental capacity to cope with much more.
