In this episode, I discuss how we justify living with anxiety. A person who is struggling and dealing with anxiety may justify their behaviors that reinforces anxiety. It comes up with this potential threat and then we try to control it. And then if the threat doesn't happen, we think that what we did control it and that is how we make the justification for living with anxiety. In this episode, I discuss the idea of how we justify living with anxiety because we use a feeling of judgment and then we justify because the behaviors we’re doing make us feel safer.
